Mentoring / Education
In my photography, I like to capture REAL, raw moments. I like to create movement that show YOU & capture who you are as a couple/family. If you don't leave your session feeling like that was easy, natural & full of laughs, I failed. We will play games like bumper car + airplane. If a couple session/bridal portraits, you will be spending lots of time snuggling, nose touches & forehead kisses. I like to think of myself as a director, meaning I will help direct the natural movements instead of “posing” you mannequins

I do not include a photo return number in any of my packages. I have made the decision that if the picture is good, you will receive it back - instead of picking out the best 40 images (let’s be real, that is just ridiculous & so hard to choose). If you have 300 images that are beautiful, fun & right on the money, you will receive 300 images back. I do not keep photos from clients, what good are they to me if you aren’t sharing & bragging about your killer gallery! For weddings, I typically return anywhere from 1,500-2,000 images (especially if you choose a package with two shooters).

This is the most popular question. I try really REALLY hard to get your images back as soon as possible, sometimes within the same week. Other times, I’m not so lucky - my kids don’t cooperate at nap time so I can work or I’m slammed on the weekends with shoots, pulling me away from my computer. For a standard session, I typically return within 2-3 weeks (sometimes 4 if it’s wedding season). For a wedding gallery, 6-8 weeks for full gallery.

I 110% will travel for you! Want to drive 2 hours up to the mountain? Let’s go! Want to make a trip to the painted hills? Car is fueled & snacks are packed. Getting married out of state? I’m already looking at flights online & picking out my hotel room.

Unfortunately, that is not how I edit my photos. My style is something I have developed over time, something that I love & feel SO proud of. If you are wanting something different than my style of editing/posing, I highly recommend finding another photographer that fits those needs for you! I would never want to deliver a gallery to someone that isn’t 100 million percent stoked to receive it.
